Once you have received your quotation, and provided we are both happy to proceed - all custom orders placed will require a 50% upfront deposit of the full agreed price, with the remaining 50% balance to be paid upon completion of the agreed job.

Once your deposit has been received, new timber will be ordered and your new build will begin as agreed.
